PRIVACY POLICY

Little Wolf Dance Studio: Participation Agreement / Acknowledgment of Risk / Waiver of Liability

  1. In consideration of being permitted to engage in any manner with Little Wolf Dance Studio's facilities, related events, programs, and activities, I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge, express gratitude, and agree to the following:

  2. I acknowledge the substantial risk of injury, including accidents, injuries, illnesses, permanent paralysis, and death, despite the implementation of specific regulations, equipment, and personal discipline to mitigate these risks.

  3. I VOLUNTARILY AND KNOWINGLY ACCEPT ALL SUCH RISKS, whether known or unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or other parties involved. I take full responsibility for my participation.

  4. I agree to adhere to the established and customary terms and conditions for participation. In the event of the observation of any significant hazards during my presence or participation, I commit to promptly removing myself from participation and bringing the matter to the immediate attention of the nearest Little Wolf Dance Studio official and/or employee.

  5. I recognize and assume all risks associated with injuries during participation, including falls, contact with other participants, and the effects of weather conditions such as high heat and/or humidity.

  6. I acknowledge my responsibility to communicate any physical or psychological concerns that might impede participation. Furthermore, I confirm that I am physically fit and mentally capable of engaging in the chosen physical activity.

  7. On behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, I HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Little Wolf Dance Studio, its officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, as well as other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for events ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  8. I declare and certify that I am physically fit and mentally capable of participating.

  9. By enrolling, I agree to provide appropriate medical exams and/or records for conditions that may limit my ability to participate. In the event of an accident or injury, I authorize Little Wolf Dance Studio to obtain necessary medical attention, for which I will be financially responsible.

  10. I acknowledge that Little Wolf Dance Studio is not responsible for the safekeeping of my belongings while on the premises. I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to keep track of and secure my personal belongings.

  11. By clicking the "AGREE" button, I release and discharge Little Wolf Dance Studio, its owners, officers, employees, and instructors from any liability arising out of or related to the loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of my personal belongings.

  12. I grant Little Wolf Dance Studio the absolute right and permission to use, publish, broadcast, and copyright any materials associated with Little Wolf Dance Studio, including my voice recording, name, picture, likeness, and any derived materials, for advertising, trade, and publicizing and/or selling products and events.

  13. I expressly consent to receiving future notifications, including disclosures, in electronic form of communication, such as e-mail and SMS (text messaging), as well as by telephone and in paper form.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE WAIVED SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND DO SO FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

 

Little Wolf Dance Studio - Cancellation Policy

  1. Drop-In Classes:

    • A full refund or rescheduling is allowed if a drop-in class is canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.

    • No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for drop-in class cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class time.

    • Cancellations must be made through the personal dashboard. Attempting to cancel a booking via phone, email, or direct message is not considered a sufficient cancellation.

  2. Class Packages (8 classes):

    • No refunds after payment for an 8-10-12 class packages after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

    • Cancellations must be made through the personal dashboard. Attempting to cancel a booking via phone, email, or direct message is not considered a sufficient cancellation.

    • I understand and agree that Little Wolf Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel my 8-10-12 Classes Package at any time without providing a reason. In the event of cancellation, Little Wolf Dance Studio will refund the remaining amount of classes based on the per-class rate of $27.

  3. Unlimited Month:

    • No refunds are permitted for the Unlimited Month package after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

    • Cancellations must be made through the personal dashboard. Attempting to cancel a booking via phone, email, or direct message is not considered a sufficient cancellation.

    • I understand and agree that Little Wolf Dance Studio officials/employees reserve the right to cancel my Unlimited Monthly Membership at any time without providing an explanation. In the event of cancellation, Little Wolf Dance Studio will refund the prorated amount for the remaining days in the current month.
